Mary Lou was born Nov. 2, 1931 in Hickory, Pa., to Helen and Seth Gaugh. She is survived by her husband W. Clare Reesey Jr M.D.; two daughters, Cynthia Thorne M.D. (Doug) of Bristol, Ind., and Melissa Ware of West Farmington, Ohio; one son, Trea Reesey (Gina) of Canfield, Ohio; two brothers, Seth Gaugh (Heather) of Webster, N.Y., and Richard Gaugh (Carol), of Savannah, Ga.; and three grandchildren having been preceded in death by one granddaughter.
A talented elocutionist, debater and equestrian, Mary Lou graduated from Hickory High School in 1949. In 1952, having furthered her education, she graduated from Buhl Hospital School of Nursing, having made lifelong friendships. After her marriage to W. Clare Reesey
