Signature Sotheby's International Realtor involved in fraud scheme

SARASOTA - Signature Sotheby's International Realty is currently employing a Realtor who admitted being part of a flipping scheme. She admitted "lying on sales contracts, loan applications and U.S. Housing and Urban Development uniform settlement statements." In addition the agent recently filed for bankruptcy with net debts topping 1$M USD, blaming "bad private decisions in the past" as the reason for that. The statement did not include any part of personal consequences except she knew about her wrongdoing in the past, but "she'd come over it." However how do her creditors and possibly clients think about that?
