Police Search for Suspect in Thanksgiving Day Shootings
Police are searching for a 21-year-old suspect linked to two shootings that injured four people on Thanksgiving Day.
Both shootings took place in the in the 700 block of 12th Avenue West. The second shooting involved a police chase that shut down the downtown area of Bradenton. Two men were arrested and charged in the shootings.
Desmon A. Evans, 19, of Palmetto, was charged with principal to attempted murder, grand theft auto and fleeing to elude police.

Body Recovered From Bay Is Identified
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of a man found floating in the bay on Saturday.
The victim is Bang Quoc Luong, 35, of Pinellas Park, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Boaters discovered Luong's body between the tip of Anna Maria Island and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
The Sheriff's Office was called to the scene and determined there was no evidence of foul play.
Deputies are awaiting a toxicology report before determining a cause of

The Manatee County Sheriff's office is conducting a death investigation after a man's body was discovered floating in the waters of the bay today.
