Truck Jack-Knifes on I-75, Snarling Traffic for Hours

<p class="NS_qhi0gmx7x">Holiday traffic was a holiday mess today for commuters on I-75, when a tractor-trailer driver hit the brakes and his vehicle jack-knifed.</p>
