Juliet Eilperin, author of “Demon Fish: Travels Through the Hidden World of Sharks,” will speak about the evolving relationship between humans and sharks on Monday in Mote’s Special Lecture Series. The lecture starts at 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7) in the Immersion Cinema at Mote Aquarium, 1600 Ken Thompson Parkway in Sarasota.
