Fire Destroys Sarasota Overhead Door Co.

Overhead Door Co. is going through what's left of their building Tuesday morning following a four-alarm fire, according to media reports.
Firefighters responded shortly after 6 p.m. to the warehouse across from Ed Smith Stadium where 27 units took more than three hours to contain the four-alarm fire, WWSB reports.
Overhead Door was at least partially open for business Tuesday morning, one of the owners told the Herald-Tribune:

"The damaged building was used to keep an inventory of garage doors and an office, said Derek Stottlemyer, who answered the phone at the 50-year-old Sarasota business. He said although the walls of the building are still standing, the roof is compromised. The cause of the fire is under investigation."
