Allegedy drunk teacher now suspended without pay
BRADENTON - A Bayshore High School teacher accused of being drunk on the job will remain out of the classroom for now.Anne Wampole was suspended last month with pay. District officials say the special needs teacher was intoxicated while teaching.Monday night, Manatee County School Board members voted to keep her on suspension, but now without pay.Wampole appealed her suspension.Her case is currently being reviewed by an
