Are School Cafeterias Hindering Classroom Success?

The link between successful performance in the classroom and access to proper nutrition has been well established. However, while we have done a relatively good job of ensuring that students who might otherwise go without are getting fed, we have done a very poor job of ensuring that the wide array of families who patron school cafeterias are being set up for academic success through optimal nutrition.
