SARASOTA - New lawsuits are being filed against a Bradenton-based orange juice maker.The lawsuits claim Tropicana is marketing its brand “fresh from the grove”, but says it's so heavily processed that it shouldn't be called "all natural".There are 20 lawsuits in all. Thursday lawyers argued before a panel of judges about where the lawsuits should be heard.Tropicana declined comment but did say it is committed to full compliance with labeling laws and to producing "great-tasting 100% orange juice."
