Libby's Goes Light For Summer Menu Offerings

Summer dining doesn't sound as appealing in Florida as it should and even when you take it indoors, the portions can be too large to walk off afterward.
Enter Libby's Cafe + Bar's small plates on its summer menu that launched in July.
Heading into Libby's this week for a tasting preview happy hour, it's becomes more of a social hour meeting people and chatting about what's going on, and a full plate can become cumbersome in a conversation.
The small plates menu features picnic favorites Wholesome Farms Deviled Eggs and Pigs In A Blanket that has a twist of Mrs. T's Tomato Jam along with a twist on sliders.
The Handcrafted Twin Micro burgers makes so much sense, and really it's what a bar slider ought to be — tiny, packed full of flavor, but three of them won't add up to a half-pound burger at all. It's disappointing when you
